Those services (see lists below for: the U.S.A., Canada, the U.K.,Australia.) cost you between $200 and $300. Filling in all the documents takes you between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

There are even companies offering divorce kits for less than $30, but these web sites do not offer email or telephone support.

In the U.S.A., these services came online in 2001. Experts estimate that more than 1.200.000 divorces are done via such vehicles each year.

In most states and countries, a judge still needs to undo the marriage formally. In California and in Utah, you can divorce by doing the paperwork only. There you do not have to visit a judge or go to the court house at all.

Download the documents and do the paperwork yourself. Sign and file the divorce documents at the appropriate court. Easy as that.
